Concerns
- You are required to put your full name on the packaging when shipping hair products. You may also email the tracking number after you send your hair.
- Once your custom unit is made, it will be shipped back to the address provided on your order purchase.
- It is recommend to send a minimum of 3 bundles for lengths over 10" inches for custom units. Lace products may not have holes, tears, or bald spots.
- As a precautionary measure, lace products and bundles must be new or previously washed prior to sending. If bundles and lace products are not clean when sent out, Kelly's Kouture, LLC will send them back and provide you with a refund. Shipping cost will be deducted from refund.
- It is imperative to send a picture of desired bleach color or desired custom color after your purchase. Please send all pictures to [email protected].
- Due to hygienic reasons, all sales are final.
