• How long is the process of producing my Custom Unit?

 Please allow 7-10 business days for Custom Units to be made once the bundles and lace products are in the possession of Kelly's Kouture. An email or text will be sent to confirm hair has successfully been delivered to our P.O. Box. However if your custom unit includes bleaching bundles or custom color, processing time will be increased to 10-12 business days. Production time may increase due to quantity of orders.

• Where do I send my hair?

Please send all bundles and lace products to our P.O box. Our P.O. Box is Kelly's Kouture P.O. Box 252 Brandywine, Md. 20613

• How long is the shipping time?

 Our shipping time is usuualy 2-3 business days. Shipping may be delayed due to COVID 19.

• How long is processing time?

Our processing time is usually 2-3 business days. 

• Are Custom Units glue-less? 

All Custom Units come with an adjustable strap and 3 combs. Closure Units can be worn glue-less. It is recommended to use a glue adhesive when wearing frontal units.

• How do I make sure the custom unit fits? 

The cap has straps that may loosen and tighten the wig to your liking.

Concerns

• You should place your order before sending any hair to Kelly's Kouture's P.O. Box. You are required to put your full name on the packaging when shipping hair products. You may also email the tracking number after you send your hair.
• Once your custom unit is made, it will be shipped back to the address shown on the packaging. Please ensure the address used to ship your hair products to our P.O Box is correct. Please print your full name legibly. 
• It is recommend to send a minimum of 3 bundles for lengths over 10" inches for custom units. Lace products may not have holes, tears, or bald spots. 
• As a precautionary measure, lace products and bundles must be new or previously washed prior to sending. If bundles and lace products are not clean when sent out, Kelly's Kouture will send them back and provide you with a refund. Shipping cost will be deducted from refund.
• It is imperative to send a picture of desired bleach color or desired custom color after your purchase. Please send all pictures to [email protected].
• Due to hygienic reasons, all sales are final.
